Once participants are situated and comfortable in the testing environment:

• Guide evaluators through the process and reinforce that they should be speaking aloud
• Sit back quietly and listen. Even though they might feel stuck, do not tell them how to do something. But, you should ensure them that it is not their fault and to move on to next task.

Once these tasks are completed or the allotted time is up, ask participants of their overall impression of your product and whether they would use it in real life.
