Therefore, decisions under the protocol are extremely important since so many people and project depends on it, that's why either decision making or core changes, this process considers social and technical criteria and it's also supported totally by the community.

Are known as standards for proposing or suggesting an improvement for the Ethereum Network as a formal way such as protocol changes, operation codes etc. EIP's will be discussed by the community, if accepted, it's going to be implemented by the Ethereum developers, also it can be rejected due to priority, development effort etc.
