Work's Role in Personal Well-being
Consider two individuals. Person A views their job primarily as a means to earn money to support their family and hobbies, finding their main sense of fulfillment outside of the workplace. Person B views their career as a core part of their identity and their primary source of personal achievement. Given that work constitutes a major portion of an adult's life, analyze the potential long-term advantages and disadvantages of each perspective on an individual's overall life satisfaction and well-being.
