Yuga measurements and comparisons with states of consciousness

Nicknamed the "Age of the World", it is the ideal stage for a state of consciousness to exist in. 

Also known as the "Age of Truth", it is a stage where Humanity is governed by Gods and every manifestation and action performed is pure and ideal. 

It can also be referred to as the "Golden Age", where Dharma stood on all its four legs.

Kriti/ Satya Yuga

The cycle consists of 4 yuga stages:

1. Kriti/Satya Yuga

2. Treta Yuga

3. Dwapara Yuga

4. Kali Yuga
