Analyzing Economic Efficiency

Two farmers, Alex and Ben, each own a plot of land. Alex's land can produce either 100 bushels of wheat or 50 bushels of corn. Ben's land can produce either 60 bushels of wheat or 120 bushels of corn. Currently, both farmers are producing only wheat, resulting in a total output of 160 bushels of wheat and 0 bushels of corn. Explain why this outcome is not efficient and describe a specific change in production that would make at least one farmer better off without making the other worse off.
