Evaluating Resource Allocation Scenarios

An economic interaction between two individuals, Person 1 and Person 2, can result in one of four possible outcomes (A, B, C, or D). The payoffs for each person are listed below. Analyze these outcomes to identify which one is NOT efficient. An outcome is defined as efficient if it's impossible to change it to make at least one person better off without making the other person worse off. Justify your answer by explaining which specific outcome is superior.
