Analyzing Labor Market Data

Two countries, Richland and Poorland, both have an unemployment rate of 5%. Richland has a working-age population of 200 million and a labor force of 150 million. Poorland also has a working-age population of 200 million, but its labor force is 100 million. Which country has a higher employment rate? Justify your answer by explaining the relationship between the size of the labor force relative to the working-age population and the resulting employment rate.
