Concept
Asking Questions During Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
This is the second step of cognitive behavioral therapy. In this step, the therapist will ask the patient some questions. The patient may discuss their feelings and thoughts, past incidents, disconcerting behaviors, phobias, or worries. Then, to gain insight into the way the patient deals with life challenges, the therapist and patient will analyze the patient's answers.
