Assumption of Homogeneous Labor and Products

A key simplification in the supply-side model is the assumption that all labor is homogeneous. This means the model disregards variations between workers, assuming that every worker produces the same level of output and earns the identical wage, denoted as WW. This approach ignores real-world differences in skills, productivity, and compensation across jobs.
