Body checking

Body checking occurs when someone tries to measure their weight, shape, or appearance, and can be a sign of an eating disorder. Body checking behaviors come in a variety of forms, including pinching skin, trying to feel bones, weighing oneself, criticizing parts of your body while looking in the mirror.
