Execution standards are methods for BPM that enable business process designs to be deployed in Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and allow their instances to be executed by the BPMS. Unlike graphical standards, execution standards are organized into blocks of code, and thus are less intuitive than graphical standards.

In this stage, using appropriate analysis and monitoring tools, an analyst identifies bottlenecks and potential fraudulent loopholes in the business process- tools are embodied in diagnosis standards.
