Case study of using RfCBT for Schizotypal Personality Disorder

"John" is a young male patient who experiences major depressive episodes, anger, and symptoms relating to Schizotypal Personality Disorder (SPD). He specifically exhibits discomfort with close relationships, paranoid ideations, hyper-reflections, and strange ideas in his diagnosis of SPD. He then went through RfCBT to reduce his ruminative thoughts in hopes of reducing his symptoms.
