Rumination-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Rumination-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (RfCBT) is a branch off of regular Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it focuses on Depressive and aggressive symptoms specifically. It asks not only the question "why" but also "how" and "what" to help diminish these negative symptoms. It helps reduce symptoms by reducing the rumination associated with the symptoms.
