Relapse-prevention cognitive behavioral therapy

Cognitive–behavioral relapse prevention is a method that helps patients through the process of relapse recovery. This method focuses on making changes to prevent the client from relapsing and encourage a healthier lifestyle. This differs from Cognitive Behavioral therapy as there is an emphasis on training people who misuse drugs to identify high-risk situations and develop the skills to deal with situations.
