Changing Characteristics of a Public Beach

A newly opened public beach is initially very quiet. During this time, an additional person arriving at the beach does not reduce the enjoyment or space available for those already present. However, as the beach becomes more popular, it gets very crowded. Now, each new person who arrives reduces the available space and overall enjoyment for everyone. Analyze the economic characteristics of the beach in both the quiet and crowded states. Explain why the experience of a user is different in these two scenarios, focusing on how the presence of additional people affects others.
