Closed-Loop Review for Electrical Projects

For each electrical project, start with an estimated cost and selling price before the work begins. During the job, record the actual labor and material costs as they happen. After completion, compare the estimate, the actual results, and the final outcome to see whether gross margin was protected. Use that comparison to identify which assumptions, such as labor hours, material quantities, or scope controls, should be revised on the next similar job.
