- Situations, for example, airplanes or enclosed spaces
- Nature, including thunderstorms or heights
- Animals/ insects, such as dogs or spiders
- Blood, injection or injury, including needles, accidents or medical procedures
- Others, such as choking, vomiting, loud noises or clowns
