Women with disabilities in Nepal face discrimination based on both gender and disability. They have a hard time asserting their sexual and reproductive rights. Their challenges are made worse by economic barriers and limited access to education and healthcare. Even though the constitution promises equality, these women remain marginalized, showing a gap between laws and real life. Cultural taboos and structural inequalities make it very difficult for women with disabilities to get the health information and services they need.
