Conduct Disorder and ASPD
If a child has conduct disorder, they have a much higher chance of developing ASPD in adulthood. More specifically, 25% of girls and 40% of boys with conduct disorder will fit the criteria to be diagnosed with ASPD when they're adults. Hence, only a small percentage of adults diagnosed with ASPD will not have had CD in childhood — and will have milder symptoms.
