Consumer Satisfaction at a Buffet
A consumer is at an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. They are very hungry and report that the first slice of pizza provides a great deal of satisfaction. The second slice is also satisfying, but less so than the first. The third slice provides even less satisfaction, and after the fourth slice, the consumer feels full and decides to stop eating.
