• Offer a cash stipend for their time

• Assure them the research will be helpful

• Give multiple dates and times for them to participate in the research

• Keep in mind which times work best for your target audience

• Try to keep the amount of time required for participants to be less than 90 minutes

• Send a reminder the day before they are supposed to participate

• Sometimes you need to make a personal connection with people to get them to be part of the research

• Be specific and clear about why you’re conducting the research, where it will take place, how long it will take, etc.
