Cycle Counts and Spot Checks for Electrical Inventory

Cycle counting reviews a rotating portion of inventory each week so that every SKU is verified at least once during the quarter without pausing normal operations for a full inventory. Spot checks focus more often on selected items that are expensive, frequently used, or easy to lose, such as wire reels and breakers. Used together, these methods keep inventory records accurate between full physical counts and direct attention to the items with the greatest financial risk.
