Concept

Deep Sequencing

Deep sequencing is a genome sequencing method used to identify general therapeutic targets and sequence receptor repertoires. In the context of COVID-19, deep sequencing has been utilized to sequence B cell receptor repertoires to reveal convergent immune signatures across demographics. It also demonstrates great power in identifying potential therapeutic targets for infection management, such as the endoplasmic reticulum.
