Deriving and Applying an Inverse Supply Function

A wheat farmer will not supply any wheat if the market price is below $5 per bushel. For every 100 bushels they decide to supply, the minimum price they must receive per bushel increases by $2. First, formulate the farmer's linear inverse supply function, where P is the price per bushel and Q is the quantity of bushels supplied. Second, use this function to determine the minimum price the farmer must receive to be willing to supply 1,500 bushels.
