Developing a Training Memo for Inequality Operators

Your company is updating its internal 'Data Analysis Handbook' to ensure all employees use consistent terminology when describing data comparisons. As a Technical Training Assistant, you have been asked to write a brief memo for the handbook. In your memo, identify and define the five primary inequality symbols used in algebra: ≠, <, ≤, >, and ≥. For each symbol, provide its correct mathematical name and a clear definition of what it indicates about the relationship between two values. Your memo must explicitly state the difference between 'strict' inequalities and those that include an 'equal to' condition.
