A state where one feels that their surrounding environment  (individuals or objects) is unreal.

Derealization

Depersonalization is a dissociative experience defined by a sense of detachment or unfamiliarity with one's own self. An individual might feel like an outside observer of their own thoughts, feelings, or body.

Depersonalization

A diagnostic proposal that covers c-PTSD symptoms but also includes dissociative symptoms such as depersonalization and derealization that fall outside the ICD-11 emphasis.
