Dispatch Board Visual Layout for Electrical Service

The dispatch board organizes information into four key areas. Technician rows give each technician a lane showing their assigned jobs in time-slot order. Job blocks display the customer name, address, job type, priority, and time window for each assignment. An unassigned queue (sidebar or top bar) holds new work orders not yet matched to a technician. Status indicators use color codes or icons to mark whether a job is scheduled, dispatched, in progress, complete, or on hold. Together these elements let the dispatcher read the day's workload at a glance.
