Electrical Service Priority Guide

P2 is for urgent electrical issues that interrupt normal use but do not pose an immediate life-safety danger. Typical examples include a partial power outage, a breaker that repeatedly trips and will not stay reset, or a business refrigeration circuit that has failed. These calls should be aimed at the next available same-day appointment.

P3 is for routine problems that are inconvenient but can wait for a standard appointment window. Examples include one room with dead outlets, a decorative light fixture replacement, or a code-compliance consultation.

P4 is for work that is planned ahead of time, such as a service-panel upgrade, an EV charger installation, or rough-in work for a remodel. These jobs are usually booked days or weeks in advance.
