If the net vote on a node is larger than two, any proposal on the node - including improvements or new child nodes - will be sent to the pending proposals list for peer evaluation. Other users can upvote or downvote the pending proposal. As soon as a pending proposal receives at least half of the net votes of the edited node, the proposal is approved and implemented on the shared knowledge graph.
