Constructivist epistemology sees knowledge not as discovered absolute truths but rather knowledge is seen as a human construction that evolves as new ideas and new ways of looking at the world evolve. Here, we see the parallel between how people learn and how they construct knowledge. 
- Constructivism: the idea that each person must build her/his own understanding; the teacher cannot install knowledge into the learner’s head.
