Evaluating a Claim of a 'Fair' Workplace

An entrepreneur states: 'My company is a model of fairness. We pay competitive, market-clearing wages, and anyone who works here does so voluntarily. We have a positive work environment, and no one is forced to do anything. Therefore, the claim that my firm is inherently exploitative is false.' Based on the economic theory that analyzes the firm as a hierarchical power structure, critically evaluate the entrepreneur's argument. Is their conclusion that the firm is not exploitative necessarily correct according to this theory? Justify your reasoning.
