Evaluating a Farmer's Production Decision

An independent farmer is currently producing at a point on her feasible production frontier where the marginal rate at which she can transform an hour of labor into grain is 1.5 bushels. However, her personal valuation is such that she would only require 1 bushel of grain to be compensated for giving up an hour of free time. Evaluate the farmer's current situation. Is she maximizing her satisfaction? Justify your conclusion by comparing the relevant economic rates and recommend a specific change to her allocation of time.
