Evaluating a Strategy in a Competitive Bargaining Game

In a one-shot bargaining game, a Proposer is given $100 and must offer a split to two Responders, A and B. The first Responder to accept the offer gets that amount, and the Proposer keeps the rest. If both Responders reject the offer, everyone gets $0. The Proposer offers to give $5 to whichever Responder accepts first. Responder A believes this offer is unfair and is considering rejecting it as a way to punish the Proposer. Evaluate the likely effectiveness of Responder A's rejection as a strategy to ensure the Proposer receives a zero payoff.
