Evaluating a Study Decision

A student's feasible production frontier illustrates the trade-off between hours of free time per day and their final exam score. At one point on the frontier, the student has 8 hours of free time and an expected score of 85. By reducing their free time to 7 hours, their expected score increases to 91. A classmate advises them, 'Giving up one hour of free time for six extra points is always a good decision.' Critically evaluate this advice. Is the classmate's statement necessarily correct? Justify your reasoning.
