Example of Non-Rivalry: Expert Weather Forecasting

Expert weather forecasting is an example of a non-rival good. The fact that one person can access the forecast does not prevent anyone else from doing so, nor does it reduce the forecast's availability. Consequently, the marginal cost of providing the forecast to an additional person is zero.
