Example of Personal Factors Influencing Imitation: Boasting

The decision to imitate a boasting model who receives attention is a clear example of how personal factors influence observational learning. Conversely, another person might view boasting negatively or experience attention as uncomfortable scrutiny, making them unlikely to imitate the behavior, regardless of the reinforcement the model received.
