Explaining Identical GDP Share Calculations

An economist calculates the share of government spending in an economy using nominal government spending and nominal GDP. A colleague, using data for the same year, calculates the same share using real government spending and real GDP. Explain, using algebraic notation, why both economists arrived at the identical result.
