Explanation for Case Study Relationship of Homicidal Tendencies and Schizoid Personality Disorder

Researchers have discussed how Mark's outbursts of aggression are from his Schizoid Personality Disorder. His depression also plays a role in his actions, but Mark goes through episodes of great aggression for odd reasonings. This helps shed light on how Schizoid Personality Disorder should be taken more seriously when considering getting treatment for mental illnesses. Mark would often act completely normal to his loved ones moments before he acted out, almost as if he is playing a part. This would then all go away in a moment of violence towards him and his wife.
