In the USEM model the following factors and items were used:

• System quality: suitability, reliability of the system and stability of the software and hardware.
• Information quality: students records, images reports and transcription or prescription.
• Service quality: help desk, empathy and follow-up service.
• Perceived ease of use: user expectations that system is error-free and hassle-free.
• Perceived usefulness: user expectation that system would contribute to work performance.
• User satisfaction: possible impact of LMS and the general evaluation of user's experience upon using LMS
• Net benefit: balance of positive and negative impacts on the user behavior.
