In the USEM model the following factors and items were used: 
- System quality: suitability, reliability of the system and stability of the software and hardware.  
-  Information quality: students records, images reports and transcription or prescription.
- Service quality: help desk, empathy and follow-up service.  
- Perceived ease of use: user expectations that system is error-free and hassle-free.
- Perceived usefulness: user expectation that system would contribute to work performance.
- User satisfaction: possible impact of LMS and the general evaluation of user's experience upon using LMS
- Net benefit: balance of positive and negative impacts on the user behavior.

Factors USEM model 

In order to test the instructor's satisfaction, the user satisfaction evaluation model (USEM) was used, however it was adapted and two models were incorporated: the IS success model and technology acceptance model.

- Participants: 110 instructors who teach 100% online or hybrid. 
- Demographic information: 51.8% female and 48.2% male of total sample size. 
60% lecturer in distance learning course. 26.4% of instructors had 3-7 years of experience with LM, 19.1% less than one year experience in LMS, 14.5% more than 10 years
