Farsi
Farsi, also known as Persian, is a language belonging to the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European family of languages. It is the official language of Iran, Afghanistan (where it is also called Dari), and Tajikistan (where it is known as Tajik, a variant written in the Cyrillic script). Farsi has a rich literary tradition, with a significant body of classical literature that spans poetry, prose, and philosophical works.
