Findings on Vocabulary-Based Planning
Researchers established 18 basic functions for a planning vocabulary. They discovered that plans utilizing this vocabulary took less time and effort to develop, contained more atomic steps, and included more tasks delegable to others. However, these vocabulary-based plans were found to be less flexible than unstructured plans.
