Healthcare providers use a video-based interview with a patient to perform a patient assessment and obtain medical history done by the following:
- Body temperature with thermometer 
- Observing the patient's general appearance, 
- Respiratory rate 
- Pulse 
- Characteristics of a cough 
- Telehealth encounters
