Fractional Ownership of High-Barrier Assets
Many assets, such as real estate, have a high barrier to entry because they require large upfront capital. Fractional ownership—dividing an asset's ownership into many smaller, tradable shares—democratizes access, letting smaller investors participate with much less capital.
