Gemlapodect (NOE-105) for Tic Disorders
Gemlapodect (NOE-105) is an investigational phosphodiesterase-10A inhibitor being evaluated for the treatment of tic disorders, including Tourette syndrome. A Phase 2a study indicated that gemlapodect successfully reduced tic severity without significant safety concerns, reporting only mild adverse events. Subsequent Phase 2b trials have been initiated to further test its efficacy and safety across a more diverse population of individuals with Tourette syndrome.
