Governance for Juicebox is an evolving process. Right now, it is aligned with the two week funding cycle. Every member of the community can create a proposal for all aspects of the business including payouts, protocol change, and multisig changes. After a proposal is created , there is two day discussion period in which changes to the proposals are allowed. After this, a Temperature Check is created. If a quorum is reached, there is another discussion period. Once this period is over, the proposal is sent to a final, on-chain vote on Snapshot. The amount of tokens a person has is used as their voting power. If the proposal passes, there is a 4 day period in which those on the multisig implement the proposal.
