Health Care Proxy

A legal order from a person stating that they do not wish for 
a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) administration or steps to revive or resuscitate them if they stop breathing or their heart stops beating. It could be included in a living will or advance directive.

Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Order

If a patient's heart stops beating, the doctors and nurses are not permitted to resuscitate them.
