•	Active Destructive Behaviors- These behaviors are aggressive, and they could be voiced or nonverbal. 


•	Passive Destructive Behaviors- These behaviors allow conflicting behaviors in the workplace and the managers tend to fall short on providing employees with rules and guidance. 


Destructive Behaviors 

COR theory is related to destructive leadership because it’s the manager’s job to learn and provide resources to the employees. Managers and employees can lack resources.

This theory proposes that people try to acquire “resources” and secure them. In this case, resources are valued possessions and ideas. Being able to not keep these “resources” or no longer having them will cause feelings of stress.
