How Temperature and Humidity Affect Transmission of COVID-19 in China

Data were collected in 100 different Chinese cities from January 19th to February 10th 2020. In China, a one degree Celsius increase in temperature reduced the R value (a measure of how fast the virus is growing) by 0.023. A one percent rise in relative humidity reduced the R value by 0.0078.
