Human-Better Data Subsets Can Drive Progress After Surpassing Average Human Performance

Even if a system surpasses human-level performance on average across the whole dev/test set, human comparison can still drive progress if there are data subsets where humans are right and the algorithm is wrong. For such subsets, humans can still provide better labels, useful intuition, and a desired performance target.
